Start: Spiridon-Louis-Ring, Olympic Park
Starting time: 10:30 pm, in several starting blocks depending on your specified finish time (your starting time and starting block are noted on your bib number)

Important notes for the starting area

• Access: Only participants with an official bib number on which your starting block is marked.
• Clothes: All items of clothing left behind in the start area will be collected and donated to charity.

Please be there on time so you can start your run relaxed.

• Only participants with an official and valid bib are allowed to take part in the race. It must be securely attached at chest level using safety pins and clearly visible.
• The bib is personalized and non-transferable. Any alteration or covering of text or sponsor logos will result in disqualification. Runners without a bib will be removed from the course.

It is not necessary to return your bib number after the run. You can take it home with you as a souvenir.

Timing

Timing is done via the RFID transponder / MikaTag integrated into your personal bib. For relay teams, the chip is located in the relay baton. Please roll it up according to the instructions before the race and hand it over to your team members at the exchange zones.

Results

For the official results, only runners who properly cross the start and finish lines as well as all timing mats along the course will be counted. Your official time will be your net running time. The first 10 finishers (women and men) are ranked by gun time and marked accordingly in the results list.

• The race is measured and certified according to the official regulations of the DLV and WA. The course is eligible for rankings and recognized for records.

Live Tracking

With our event and tracking app, you stay fully informed and connected – before, during, and after the race. The app offers:

• Live tracking of your performance and position on the course
• Real-time updates on your progress and projected finish time
• Information about the course, aid stations, and exchange zones
• Push notifications with important event updates
• The ability to receive cheers and support from friends and family

Whether you are running yourself or supporting someone else, the app provides guidance, motivation, and an overall great experience on race day.

Target times: 01:30 Std.; 01:45 Std.; 02:00 Std.; 02:15 Std. und 02:30 Std. 

Positioning: The pacemakers will be positioned in the designated starting groups according to their finish time.

Recognisability: Each pacemaker carries a recognisable flag with their specific finish time.

The route is equipped with several refreshment points to keep you fueled during the run. There you can help yourself with water, electrolyte drinks and snacks to keep you fully energised throughout your run.

Refreshment points (water stops):

At the refreshment stations, you will receive: water provided by Stadtwerke München.

• KM 6
• KM 11
• KM 13

Supply station (drinks and snacks):

At the supply stations, you will receive: water from Stadtwerke München, Nurish electrolyte drinks, Dextro sport and energy bars, Dextro gels, and bananas from Edeka, as well as your personal supplies.

• KM 16 
• KM 18

Use the catering and refreshment points strategically to optimise your strength and stay strong until the finish line.

It is possible to submit your personal supplies in advance, which will be provided by the organizer at the refreshment stations. Running with a hydration vest is generally permitted.

Personal supplies may only be submitted under the following conditions:

• For runners with a target time of up to 3:30 hours
• For medical reasons
• Due to allergies

Requirements for personal supplies:

• Only plastic bottles are allowed.
• Your supplies must be labeled with the kilometre of the refreshment station and your bib number. You can find the kilometre points under “Supply Stations”
• Your bottles will be placed on a separate table at the start of each refreshment station.
• You can drop off your personal supplies at the info point on Saturday, 10 October 2026, and Sunday, 11 October 2026, until 7:30 a.m.

The organizer assumes no liability for loss or damage of personal supplies. Take advantage of this option to stay optimally fueled and perform at your best.

Mobile toilets are available in the start and finish areas and at all refreshment / water stations. Before the start in the Olympic Park, the toilets in the Olympic Hall can be used. Sanitary facilities and mobile toilets are available in the start area in the Werksvierte.

Finish area: Willi-Daume-Platz, Olympic Lake

• Cut-off-time: 2:00 pm 
• Time limits on the route: Your specified finish time must be sticked to. The limit is signaled by a final vehicle.
• Traffic regulations: Road closures only apply during the specified periods.

Exceeding the time limit: If you exceed the time limit on the running course, you must continue your run on the pavement.

At the finish line, plenty of refreshments await you in the Olympic PAt the finish line in Olympiapark, a rich selection of refreshments awaits you to help you recover and reward yourself after your successful run.

You can expect:

• Water
• Energy bars
• Fruit from Edeka
• Cake and pretzel sticks
• Non-alcoholic beer from Paulaner

Please note: Access to the finish line refreshments is only allowed once. Take this moment to recover and refuel before leaving the areare you leave the area.

Travelling ecofriendly – use public transport

Clean route – Please dispose of waste correctly

• Refreshment stations: Please dispose used cups and packaging in the bins provided directly behind the refreshment stations.
• Finishing area: You will find separate containers for reusable cups from the finish line catering so that they can be reused.

Doing good – donating instead of throwing away

• Any leftover food from the catering points and the finish area will be donated to charitable organisations.
• Clothing left behind in the starting area is collected and given to those in need.

In an emergency, every second counts. Anyone can help! The most important thing is to offer assistance and call the emergency services.

Immediate measures in an emergency

• Dial the emergency number 112.
• Our medical service is on standby at the Olympic Park and along the Course.

Important information for the emergency services:

• Where did something happen?
• Who is reporting the emergency?
• What has happened?
• How many people are affected?

This information will enable us to provide rapid and targeted assistance. Your support can be crucial!

Note: Please fill out the emergency information on the back of your bib completely, so that we can contact your next of kin in case of an emergency.

Your health comes first. To make sure that you can enjoy your run safely, you should listen to your body and avoid possible risks.

Before the run – don’t forget your health check

• It is recommended that you have a sports medical examination once a year to check your physical fitness.
• If you are unsure whether you can start, seek medical advice.

During the run – Pay attention to warning signals

• React to unusual complaints or warning signals from your body.
• If in doubt, it is better to cancel the run to avoid damage to your health.

When a start is not recommended:

• If you have an acute infection or health problems, you should refrain from taking part.
• This recommendation applies to all distances and disciplines.

Be mindful of your body – a healthy finish is the most important goal.
