Whether you’re training for the 10K, the half marathon, or the marathon, this program will get you in top shape based on sound, expert knowledge: physically, mentally, and as part of a community that’s passionate about the same goal.

Preparation Runs

Every Wednesday, 6:00 PM
Sporthaus Schuster
Led by professional running coaches you will run in performance groups with like-minded people. No matter what pace you go at, you will get faster. You will get stronger. You will become more confident.Varied sessions ensure that your performance improves.
Training modules:
Long Run:
Once per month with gradual distance increase, focus on endurance
Stability & Strength Training:
Core stability, functional strength, injury prevention
Running Technique:
Technique drills, running ABCs, coordination, efficient movement patterns
Workout:
Interval training, pace variation, structured training stimuli

Performance & Recovery Training

The Performance & Recovery trainings combine modern training methods with practical recovery approaches – for greater efficiency, a lower risk of injury, and sustainable performance on the way to the MARATHON MÜNCHEN by Brooks.
Training components:
Activation & Recovery: mobility, fascia work, regeneration
Strength & Core: functional strength training, core, stability
Running Technique & Economy: drills, coordination, technique
Mental & Focus: breathing techniques, mind–body connection
Taper & Race Prep: shake-out runs, nutrition, mental preparation
