Led by professional running coaches you will run in performance groups with like-minded people. No matter what pace you go at, you will get faster. You will get stronger. You will become more confident.

The running session takes place in different pace groups (max. 100 participants per session).

Varied sessions ensure that your performance improves.

Running technique & speed: running, intervals, technique exercises, coordination & stabilization

Marathon pace & strength: tempo runs, hill sprints, plyometric training, core

Taper & focus: activation & mobilization, mental preparation

The ‘Run to Munich’ preparation series offers you holistic and preventive running training – outdoors, functional and supervised by top coaches.

Whether you are a beginner or an ambitious runner, you will train in focused groups and develop in a targeted manner. The training combines modern running principles with regenerative impulses. Regular expert sessions make the programme a unique mix of performance and prevention.
