Payment after registration closes on September 1, 2026 (invoice with 14-day payment term)
Changes after September 1, 2026 are only possible according to the then applicable payment and modification terms

August 31, 2026: Last day to register for group discounts September 1, 2026: Issuance of the collective invoice for all group registrations September 27, 2026: Registration deadline for groups and travel groups. From this date, no changes to participants are possible. Final payment will be processed. September 14, 2026: Final day for invoice payment; discounts will be forfeited if payment is not received on time September 1, 2026: From this date, changes can only be paid via SEPA direct debit
