Refreshments on the course and in the finish area

At the MARATHON MÜNCHEN by Brooks 2025, you will be well looked after.

Along the route, you will find refreshment stations at regular intervals with:

• Water from Stadtwerke München
• Nurish electrolyte drinks (cherry, lemon, orange)
• Peeroton bars (banana energy bars & berry power pack bars)
• Dextro Energy bars (chocolate & vanilla) and energy gels
• Bananas

You can also look forward to:

• Red Bull spritzer at km 32 & 37
• Coke at km 39

Of course, there are also water stations and the option to bring your own refreshments (with prior approval).

In the finish area, you can expect a wide range of refreshments:

• Fruit, cake & pretzel sticks
• BeKind bars
• Non-alcoholic beer from the Paulaner Brewery
• Water from Munich City Utilities
