Safely to the finish line: free heart checks at the Runners Festival

MAKE IT YOURS. RUN MUNICH.
42.195 kilometres: this is not just a run, but a real journey for body and soul. To ensure that everyone can complete the course full of energy and feeling confident, Cardisio GmbH is offering free heart checks at the Runners Festival from 10 to 12 October in the Olympic Park.
The innovative cardisiography works like a smart check-up: in just four minutes, over 3.2 million data points are recorded and evaluated using artificial intelligence. The result? A precise analysis that can reveal heart disease or arrhythmia at an early stage. Long before symptoms appear.
Why is this important?
Halfway through a marathon, the heart is already running at full capacity. Pulse, body temperature and stress hormones rise significantly. Those who are fit enjoy the momentum. However, those who carry undetected risks expose themselves to unnecessary danger. Studies show that conventional ECGs only detect coronary heart disease in 50% of athletes who have no symptoms.
Cardisiography achieves an accuracy of around 90%.
For runners, this means greater safety, greater clarity and the good feeling of being able to enjoy the big day without any worries. Over 300,000 measurements have already been carried out across Germany, and the test is available from more than 650 doctors.
At the Runners Festival, you can test the heart check free of charge and discuss your results directly with cardiologists. Please book a slot via this Link. Slots are limited.
MAKE IT YOURS. RUN MUNICH. With a strong heart and full of anticipation for the finish line.
